We have introduced a set of fees and charges for the commercial use of parks and open spaces (from 01 April 2020). This is in accordance with our Open Space Strategy proposal to generate money for investment, whilst safeguarding the free use by community groups.
Our fees and charges apply from 01 April to 31 March and are reviewed each year.

Within phase 3 of Scotland's Coronavirus (COVID-19) routemap, we will not be approving requests to hold events within our parks and open spaces that involve more than 15 people from a maximum of 5 households. Event organisers must also be able to demonstrate that 2m physical distancing and hygiene protocols can be observed. We will review this as and when new government advice emerges.
