Community Planning is the name given to the process whereby local services and communities work together to tackle inequalities within the local community.

Local organisations work together and share their resources so that they can identify local issues, and use their shared knowledge to better plan and provide for the wellbeing of the community.

The Community Planning Partnership website has up to date information about what the Community Planning Partnership is doing.
