What you can expect from us
We want to welcome you to our Council and will make sure appropriate induction arrangements are in place.
You'll be invited to a corporate induction session where you'll hear about various useful topics including health and safety, corporate parenting, council of the future, HR, MyView, Corporate Fraud and how the council works.
You'll have access to a wide range of online and classroom based training and learning opportunities including OLLE, our online learning platform. As well as the more formal learning and development opportunities, you will have the opportunity to take part in a number of 'on the job' activities as well.
