Coronavirus (COVID-19) information
In line with the Scottish Government timetable for easing restrictions, with effect from 26 April 2021, work in people's homes can resume. This means that internal works can now resume for non-essential repairs.
As all non-emergency repair work and inspections have been on hold since 26 December, there is a significant backlog of non-emergency repairs. Delays will therefore be experienced as we work through current backlogs, on a priority basis. We will continue to monitor this situation and will aim to return to full service as soon as possible.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to give timescales when these non-emergency repairs will be carried out but will make contact to arrange a suitable appointed date when we have the capacity to do so.
Reporting of repairs remains unchanged and tenants should continue to call us to report an emergency repair. This line is open 24/7.
If you have an issue with your home, and haven't already reported it, then please let us know using the online reporting form.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support during these difficult times.
