Coronavirus (COVID-19) information

These changes take effect from 04 June 2020

We have been unable to issue our customary renewal documentation due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions leading to office closures.

Policies will continue automatically from 04 June 2020, and there will be no break in cover (as is normally the case).

The renewal letter, policy wording and rating is published below, however you can contact us by email (our preferred method), or telephone 01324 506356 if you need to.

We offer home contents insurance to our tenants.

You can take this out with us from 64p* per week (43p for over 60s) and there is no excess to pay when making a claim.

This can be paid along with your rent.
