This course will ensure you have a greater awareness of why the working environment is important in the storage of food to avoid the multiplication of bacteria. 

By the end of this module you will have a greater awareness of the safe storage of food and why the working environment is important to avoid hazards of contamination and the multiplication of bacteria.

This program is a collaboration between the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) and the Clyde Valley Learning and Development Project.
