Investment for Inclusive Growth

• Delivery of agreed scope for town centre regeneration capital budget still on track. Town Centre Capital Fund still progressing through to September 21^st
• UK and Scottish Government attended Economic Partnership on June 12^th. Firm commitment remains. Revised decision 2021 with Heads of Terms announcement Autumn 2020

Transformation of Business Support

• Development of revised management structure in progress and on track to deliver efficiencies targeted

Transformation of Roads and Grounds

• Progress in commencement of recruitment for HR resource as part of project sprint team
• Business development efforts continue to promote commercialisation via an entrepreneurial strategy
• Introduction of mobile technology to support operational functions

Re-design of BMD Services

• Work on delivery of integrated repairs service has commenced. This is to aid flexible working and development of management structures to support these. Employees and trade unions have been briefed on this.
